The Deity Of Srila Bhaktisiddhanta Saraswati Thkur At the ‘Bhaktivinoda Asan’

This year, on 11th February, 149th Vyasa puja of Srila Bhaktisiddhanta Saraswati Thakur was celebrated At The ‘Bhaktivinoda Asan’ at Ultadanga, Kolkata.

In 1924, when Srila Bhaktisiddhanta Saraswati Thakur turned fifty, his first Vyasapuja was celebrated here by the devotees of Gaudiya Math. It has been decided that following that legacy, every year his Vyasapuja will be celebrated here with great pomp and grandeur.

The festival was honored by the presence of HH Subhag Swami Maharaj, HH Bhakti Prachar Parivarjak Swami Maharaj, and HG Vrajendra Nandan Prabhu. In addition, almost 1000 devotees visited the place followed by a feast.
