By ISKCON News Staff
On October 15, 2023, ISCKON devotees, locals, and well-wishers gathered for the dedication of the new Krishna Balarama Hall in Vrindavan Dham. This building is part of the larger Krishna Balaram Cultural Center project that ISKCON News will report on this week. The Hall will greatly expand the Krishna Balaram temple’s ability to serve the growing number of pilgrims visiting the holy city, through prasada distribution and devotional events.
The sprawling 15,000 square feet complex promises to be a hub of devotion and cultural celebrations. “It gives us extreme joy to see this huge hall to serve all the wonderful devotees prasadam…more and more devotees are coming to Vrindavan, so we need more and more facilities to serve all of them very nicely…this is a very important seva in our culture,” said Deena Bandhu Das during the inauguration festivities.
The Krishna Balaram Hall is a manifestation of how Srila Prabhupada is continuing to care for devotees, remarked Srutakirti Das.
